Refund policy
At MAN IN BLACK, your satisfaction is our priority.
If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a no-questions-asked return policy — allowing you to return your items within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging with all tags attached.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date.
• For hygiene and quality reasons, underwear and personalized/custom pieces cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be issued directly to your original payment method (credit/debit card or online payment).
Please note:
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
How to Return an Item:
You can return your order using one of the following options:
1. Request a Pickup
• Log in to your account on maninblack.co.uk and go to My Orders.
• Select Manage Order → Return Item.
• Choose the item(s) you wish to return and indicate your reason.
• Confirm your pickup address and submit your request.
• Our logistics team will arrange a courier to collect your return.

I’ve received wrong or damaged items
If you have received damaged items or the wrong items in your order, please contact us right away and we will resolve the issue within 24 hours.
Cancellation policy
We work hard to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. Because of this, once an order has been prepared or shipped, it may no longer be possible to modify or cancel it. That said, you have a short window of up to 30 minutes after placing your order to request a cancellation. This option is available through the “My Orders” section of your account.
Any approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that it may take up to 45 days for the refund to be fully processed and reflected.
